We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional with 0–1 year of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to create and revise job descriptions in alignment with hiring needs. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Designs and updates job descriptions based on hiring requirements
- Posts job openings on relevant platforms including job portals, social media, and internal channels
- Sources candidates through various methods such as online portals, networking, referrals, and social platforms
- Conducts preliminary screening of applications and shortlists candidates based on predefined criteria
- Handles initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinates with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback
- Maintains a talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Ensures timely delivery of high-quality candidate profiles within the defined turnaround time (TAT)
- Represents the organization at job fairs and external recruitment events
- Leads and coordinates campus recruitment drives in collaboration with educational institutions
