We are looking for a highly experienced and ownership-driven Senior Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, building, and scaling modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development using Node.js, frontend development using React, and working knowledge of Python and AI-driven solutions (including tools like Claude).
This role requires a strong problem solver who thinks deeply before coding, takes end-to-end ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js (backend) and React (frontend).
Build clean, efficient, and reusable code with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
Backend & API Engineering Architect and develop robust RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
Handle complex backend logic, integrations, and system workflows.
AI & Emerging TechnologiesIntegrate and work with AI/LLM-based solutions (e.g., Claude or similar platforms).
Identify opportunities to enhance products using AI-driven features (automation, chat interfaces, smart workflows, etc.).
Collaborate on implementing AI-powered use cases into existing systems.
Python Development Utilize Python for scripting, backend services, or AI-related integrations where required.
Database ManagementDesign and manage databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Optimize queries, ensure data integrity, and handle large-scale data efficiently.
System Design & ArchitectureContribute to high-level architecture decisions and system design.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of applications.
Code Quality & Best PracticesWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Ownership & ExecutionTake complete ownership of features/modules from design to deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong expertise in:
Node.js (backend development)
React.js (frontend development)
Solid experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Working knowledge of Python.
Exposure to AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude or similar platforms).
Strong understanding of API design, system architecture, and scalable systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a “think before you code” mindset.
Strong ownership mindset and accountability.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have
Experience with Go (Golang).
Experience with AI integrations in production environments.
