The Inside Sales Manager will play a key role in converting business opportunities into closed deals. Unlike lead generators, this role focuses on engaging with prospects, managing CRM, preparing proposals, and driving conversions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and confident in handling client interactions (calls, virtual meetings, and in-person when required).
- Manage and nurture qualified leads shared by the Business Development team.
- Conduct sales presentations, client meetings (virtual & on-site), and follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Create, customize, and share proposals, pitch decks, and supporting documents as per client requirements.
- Maintain and update the company’s CRM system, ensuring accuracy of pipeline and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to align strategies for higher win-rates.
- Support in pricing discussions, contract preparation, and documentation.
- Track and report weekly progress on conversions, proposals sent, and CRM updates.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ experience in Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, or Client Engagement within IT services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to draft professional proposals, sales documents, and client presentations.
- Understanding of IT services business model (Outsourced Product Development, SaaS, Digital Solutions, etc.).
