About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 7–10 years of IT recruitment experience to lead end-to-end hiring, manage recruitment teams, and drive strategic hiring initiatives. The role requires strong execution capability, team leadership, and expertise in recruitment metrics and HRMS tools.
- 7–10 years of strong experience in IT recruitment, including product, engineering, and technical roles
- Proven experience managing recruitment teams
- Hands-on knowledge of HRMS / ATS platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent planning, tracking, and analytical skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Strong people manager with delivery focus
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
