About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 7–10 years of IT recruitment experience to lead end-to-end hiring, manage recruitment teams, and drive strategic hiring initiatives. The role requires strong execution capability, team leadership, and expertise in recruitment metrics and HRMS tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT recruitment from requirement gathering to offer closure and onboarding.
Manage and mentor the recruitment team; conduct DSMs and ensure productivity.

Track hiring progress, TATs, SLAs, and ensure timely closures.

Partner with hiring managers to understand business and technical hiring needs.

Build and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Monitor recruitment metrics, dashboards, and share regular hiring reports.

Utilize HRMS / ATS tools effectively for tracking, reporting, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7–10 years of strong experience in IT recruitment, including product, engineering, and technical roles

Proven experience managing recruitment teams

Hands-on knowledge of HRMS / ATS platforms

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Excellent planning, tracking, and analytical skills
