Job Description for the role of Marketing Manager

Location: Gurugram

BigStep is looking for a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Manager having 5-8 years of experience to drive our marketing initiatives, establish a strong brand presence, and generate high-quality leads through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to establish BigStep’s unique positioning in the market, ensuring differentiation from competitors.

  • Identify and market to specific niche audiences, tailoring campaigns to maximize impact and engagement.

  • Drive lead generation across all possible channels, including but not limited to email marketing, manual outreach, webinars, website optimization, digital advertising, and content marketing.

  • Ensure the website is optimized for search engines by applying SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.

  • Create and implement a robust plan to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.

  • Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive revenue.

  • Mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • While leading the team, actively participate in content creation, campaign execution, and other essential marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in Technology Services related to Software Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, or Cloud.

  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies, executing high-impact lead-generation campaigns, and establishing strong brand positioning within the Information and Technology sector.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and ability to leverage them for organic growth.

  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams while also being a hands-on contributor.
