Job Description for the role of Marketing Manager
Location: Gurugram
BigStep is looking for a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Manager having 5-8 years of experience to drive our marketing initiatives, establish a strong brand presence, and generate high-quality leads through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to establish BigStep’s unique positioning in the market, ensuring differentiation from competitors.
Identify and market to specific niche audiences, tailoring campaigns to maximize impact and engagement.
Drive lead generation across all possible channels, including but not limited to email marketing, manual outreach, webinars, website optimization, digital advertising, and content marketing.
Ensure the website is optimized for search engines by applying SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
Create and implement a robust plan to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive revenue.
Mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
While leading the team, actively participate in content creation, campaign execution, and other essential marketing activities.
Requirements:
5-8 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in Technology Services related to Software Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, or Cloud.
Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies, executing high-impact lead-generation campaigns, and establishing strong brand positioning within the Information and Technology sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and ability to leverage them for organic growth.
Experience in managing and mentoring teams while also being a hands-on contributor.
Ability to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
Ability to analyze marketing data, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies accordingl
