We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Channel Partnerships Manager with 4–5 years of overall experience, including 2–3 years in channel partnerships, alliances, or partnership management within the ecosystem of IT services, Technology services, Cloud, or AI. This role will focus on building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with leading Cloud, AI Tools, and SaaS providers.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic technology partners.
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies with partners to drive joint revenue and business expansion.
- Identify co-selling, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities across partner ecosystems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner communications and escalations.
- Conduct partner enablement sessions, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase IT / Technology service capabilities.
- Ensure partners are equipped to position and sell company offerings effectively.
- Track partner performance against KPIs, revenue targets, and engagement metrics.
- Own individual partner targets and ensure performance commitments are met.
- Ensure adherence to partner program guidelines, agreements, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals.
- Support joint campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging technologies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize partner strategies.
- Manage partner-related budgets, pipeline forecasts, and revenue projections.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows such as pipeline tracking, partner communication, reporting, and lead management.
- 4–5 years of overall experience, with 2–3 years specifically in channel partnerships, alliances, or partnership management within IT services or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, AI tools, APIs, and SaaS ecosystems.
- Prior experience in one or more cloud ecosystems: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud (GCP), or Microsoft Azure (Azure).
- Proven ability to own and achieve targets, including personal revenue goals and partner-level performance commitments, with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management, partner tracking, and forecasting.
- AI-native mindset with hands-on usage of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to automate tasks, generate insights, and improve productivity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
