We are looking for a motivated and people-centric HR Executive with 0–1 year of relevant experience, who will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a passion for employee engagement, internal communication, and building a strong organizational culture. This role requires a proactive mindset, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to drive various HR initiatives and support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities


- Improve the Employee Engagement Index by implementing innovative engagement and development initiatives.

Drive Learning and Development initiatives across teams.

Propose and implement new HR initiatives to enhance the employee experience.

Coordinate celebrations for birthdays, festivals, work anniversaries, and company milestones.

Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Manage employee complaints and grievance redressal in a timely and professional manner.

Lead the implementation of new platforms to enhance organizational communication and engagement.

Perform a wide variety of human resources and administrative functions.

Lead employer branding efforts and manage the company’s presence on social media platforms.

Maintain accurate documentation and employee records.
