We are looking for a motivated and people-centric HR Executive with 0–1 year of relevant experience, who will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a passion for employee engagement, internal communication, and building a strong organizational culture. This role requires a proactive mindset, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to drive various HR initiatives and support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve the Employee Engagement Index by implementing innovative engagement and development initiatives.
- Drive Learning and Development initiatives across teams.
- Propose and implement new HR initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Coordinate celebrations for birthdays, festivals, work anniversaries, and company milestones.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manage employee complaints and grievance redressal in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead the implementation of new platforms to enhance organizational communication and - engagement.
- Perform a wide variety of human resources and administrative functions.
- Lead employer branding efforts and manage the company’s presence on social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate documentation and employee records.
