Job Description for the role of HR Executive


The HR executive will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement in the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Perform a wide variety of Human Resources Tasks.

  • Responsible for Employee Engagement, CSR, and Event Management.

  • Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across the Organisation by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.

  • Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution of events.

  • Overlook reviews and ratings for the organization on various sites such as Glassdoor, Ambitionbox, and others.

  • Organize employee community, team building, and other recreational activities.

  • Develop, implement, and manage new HR initiatives in the organization.

  • Ensure compliance of company policies and maintain proper documentation of the same from time to time.

  • Develop and deliver the organization’s internal communication strategy, planning, and calendar of activity.

  • Organize and conduct new employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Document and manage office records, employee files, and general files using Google Drive.


Required Skills


The desired candidate should have: 


  • 0-1 year of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a related field (internships and volunteer work considered).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work proactively and enthusiastically.

  • Proficiency in using Google Drive for document management.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.
