Job Description for the role of HR Executive
The HR executive will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement in the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform a wide variety of Human Resources Tasks.
Responsible for Employee Engagement, CSR, and Event Management.
Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across the Organisation by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution of events.
Overlook reviews and ratings for the organization on various sites such as Glassdoor, Ambitionbox, and others.
Organize employee community, team building, and other recreational activities.
Develop, implement, and manage new HR initiatives in the organization.
Ensure compliance of company policies and maintain proper documentation of the same from time to time.
Develop and deliver the organization’s internal communication strategy, planning, and calendar of activity.
Organize and conduct new employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Document and manage office records, employee files, and general files using Google Drive.
Required Skills
The desired candidate should have:
0-1 year of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a related field (internships and volunteer work considered).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work proactively and enthusiastically.
Proficiency in using Google Drive for document management.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.
