Job Description:
We are looking for a Channel Partner Executive with 2-3 years of experience in developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue of our organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new Channel partners
Give Demos and Educate Channel partners about our Product and its uses
Develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with partners, and work closely with them to develop new strategies to improve the sales and revenue
Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
Provide support and strategic recommendations to the partners based on their requirements and challenges
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have:
2-3 years of experience in Channel Partner Management / Sales
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good Presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with Partners
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a Team
Flexibility and adaptability to change
